INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR
Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply for the above-mentioned position within the Supply Chain Division – Caribbean Development Company Ltd.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and sustains the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in line with the required industry standards, accreditation, and business requirements across the Sector through existing and new procedures
- Maintains ISO and FSSC 22000 certification and approval status through the coordination and execution of surveillance, recertification, and various customer audits
- Manages the internal audit program to ensure all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively closed and independently verified
- Contributes to the creation and implementation of best practices, capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Update and maintain the KPI Database
- Assist with update of FSSC 22000 Version 6.0
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Food Safety and Quality Management Systems
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Science Field
- Formal Qualifications as an ISO Lead Auditor in a relevant standard (9001:2015; 22000 etc)
- 3-5 years working Experience in Quality Systems/Auditing or related field in a Manufacturing/FMCG Environment
- Practical knowledge on Documentation and Implementation of Integrated Management Systems including but not limited to Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015); Food Safety Systems (FSSC 22000); Environmental Management System to ISO 14001
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management skills
